Cancellation Terms & Conditions

  1. We require a 24hr notice to cancel any wash/detailing service. Failure to provide a 24hour advance notice of cancellation will result in a minimum charge of 50% of the service charge.  We reserve the right to take full payment if cancellation notice is less than 2hrs from appointment. At that time no refunds will be made.
  2. We understand that things happen and that you might need to reschedule.  All rescheduling requests should be made via phone and before 2hrs of appointment.  All rescheduling appointments made less than 2 hours will result in a minimum charge of 75% of the service charge.
  3. The Art of Mobile Auto Detailing reserves the right to alter appointments or reschedule appointments in accordance to weather conditions without penalty to the company.
  4. To respect and honor appointments for all our customers, please be present at the location that is set. Our technicians will wait up to 15 minutes  from the scheduled time, after that it is up to our technicians to decide to reschedule or cancel the appointment.  If the appointment is canceled due the client not being present at the set location, no refunds will be made.
